3. Artwork approval — We'll send you a draft proof within 24 hours of receiving your email for your confirmation.
4. Engraving begins — Once you approve the design, we'll proceed with engraving and ship your piece.

Once your design is underway, a 20% design fee applies to any photo changes or order cancellations, reflecting the work already completed by our artists.
